Install Pladay on Mac

There is no .dmg yet — Pladay installs on the Mac as a web app from Safari, Chrome or Edge. It gets its own window and Dock icon and updates itself.

1. Open Pladay in SafariGo to pladay.com/app in Safari 17 or later (macOS Sonoma or later).
2. File → Add to DockIn the menu bar choose File → “Add to Dock” (or the Share button → “Add to Dock”).
3. ConfirmKeep the name “Pladay” and click “Add”.
4. Open from the DockClick the Pladay icon in the Dock — it opens in its own window.

Chrome or Edge

Open pladay.com/app and click the install icon at the right of the address bar (Chrome: ⋮ → Cast, save and share → Install page as app; Edge: ⋯ → Apps → Install this site as an app).

Its own window and Dock icon

The installed app runs without browser tabs, appears in the Dock, Launchpad and ⌘-Tab, and can be kept in the Dock.

Notifications

Turn on reminders in Pladay’s settings and allow them in System Settings → Notifications → Pladay.

Offline

After the first open, Pladay works without a connection and syncs when you’re back online.

Sync

Sign in with the same account on your Mac, phone and other computers to keep everything in sync.

Pladay Pro on Mac

Upgrade in the app on the web (card via PortOne in Korea, or PayPal); Pro unlocks on all your devices.

Remove Pladay

Safari: drag the app from the Applications folder to the Bin. Chrome/Edge: open the app → ⋮ → Uninstall.

A native Mac app?

A signed, notarized Mac app is planned. Until then the web app gives you the same features and updates instantly.
