These terms are an agreement between you and Projectteamforyou (프로젝트팀포유, “we”) for using Pladay on the web, Android, Windows and iOS. By creating an account or using Pladay you accept them.

1. Pladay

Pladay is a local-first to-do list and day planner with optional sync, life modules and AI features. You can use it without an account; some features (sync, Pladay Cloud AI, backups, sharing) need one. You must be at least 14 years old (or the higher age your country requires, with a parent’s consent) to create an account.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at projectteamforyou@gmail.com if you suspect misuse. One person may hold several accounts, but benefits (trials, offers, referral rewards) may not be farmed with multiple accounts.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you create. You give us only the permission needed to store, sync, back up and display it to you and to people you share it with. You can export your data at any time (Settings → Data). We do not read your content except when you ask for support, to keep the service secure, or when the law requires it.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Pladay: no illegal content, no attacks on the service or other users, no attempts to bypass limits, payments or security, no automated mass access, and no reselling of the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules or the law, and will tell you why unless the law forbids it.

5. AI features

AI suggestions can be wrong. Review them before relying on them, especially for health, money or legal matters. Pladay Cloud AI has fair-use daily limits shown in the app. Pladay is not a medical device and does not give medical advice.

6. Free plan, Pro plan, trial and referrals

• The free plan has limits shown in the app (for example AI requests per day and storage). Pladay Pro removes or raises them and adds Pro features; the current list is on the upgrade screen.
• Free trial. New accounts may get a 7-day Pro trial without a payment method. It ends automatically; nothing is charged.
• Referrals. A friend who signs up with your invite link gets a 14-day trial. When that friend first pays for Pro (or buys the lifetime pass), you get 14 extra Pro days, up to 12 times. Rewards from fake or self-made accounts are void. A reward already granted is not taken back if the friend’s payment is later refunded.
• We may change free-plan limits and Pro features to keep the service sustainable, and will announce important changes in advance. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

7. Founding members (free for life)

Accounts created before October 26, 2026 (Korea Standard Time) are founding members and get the Pladay Pro plan free of charge for as long as Pladay operates, with no subscription and no payment details. AI features for founding members are subject to a fair-use daily limit (currently 50 AI requests per day), which we may adjust to keep the service sustainable. The benefit belongs to that account, cannot be transferred, and ends if the account is deleted or suspended for abuse. If Pladay is ever discontinued we will announce it at least 30 days in advance and let you export your data.

8. Pro subscriptions and payments

Pladay Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly in advance. Prices are shown before you pay and include VAT where applicable.

• Korean cards: period passes, no auto-renewal. Card payments in Korea (PortOne · NHN KCP) buy a 1-month, 3-month, 6-month or 1-year pass with a single payment; passes never renew automatically. We e-mail you (and show a notice in the app) 7 days and 1 day before a pass ends and after it has ended; an extension is added after the time you have left. When a pass ends you return to the free plan and keep all your data. The automatic renewal, cancellation and failed-payment terms below apply only to PayPal and Google Play subscriptions (and Korean-card subscriptions started earlier).
• Where you pay. On the web: PortOne and its partner card processors (Korea) or PayPal (other countries). In the Android app installed from Google Play: Google Play Billing, under Google Play’s terms. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. We notify you in advance of any price change.
• Cancelling a web subscription. In the app: Settings → Pladay Pro (or /app/#/upgrade) → Cancel; for PayPal also in your PayPal account. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• Cancelling a Google Play subscription. In the Google Play Store app: profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Pladay → Cancel, or from Pladay’s upgrade screen (“Manage in Google Play”). Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails we retry for up to 3 days; Pro stays active meanwhile and ends if payment cannot be collected. Google Play may give its own grace period.
• Deleting your Pladay account stops future renewals of web and Google Play subscriptions.

9. Withdrawal and refunds

• Withdrawal from a Korean-card pass. Within 7 days of payment, and only if you have not used Pro features since that payment, you can withdraw in your payment history in the app for a full refund. A pass whose Pro features have been used counts as digital content already provided and is not refundable (Korean E-Commerce Act, Art. 17(2)); we show this limit and ask for your agreement before you pay. Where we refund part of a pass (for example because of our fault), we refund the unused share of the period and take back the same share of time. A refunded pass's time ends immediately. PayPal and Google Play payments follow the refund policy of that store.
• 7-day withdrawal. You may withdraw from a new subscription, a renewal or a lifetime pass within 7 days of payment for a full refund, provided you have not used Pro-only features during that period (Korean E-Commerce Act, Art. 17). Write to projectteamforyou@gmail.com or call +82 70-7620-7256; we process the refund to your payment method within 3 business days of your request.
• After use. If you used Pro features or the 7 days have passed, the current period is generally not refundable, except where the law requires it or the service was defective — then we refund the unused part.
• Google Play purchases. Refunds go through Google Play: request one at play.google.com (Order history → Request a refund) under Google Play’s refund policy, or contact us and we refund through Google Play where you are entitled to it under these terms or the law.
• Effect of a refund. When the latest payment is fully refunded, Pro (or the lifetime pass) ends immediately.
• Consumers keep any additional rights given by the mandatory law of their country of residence.

10. Early-bird, student price and lifetime pass

• Early-bird yearly price. A yearly Pro subscription started during the early-bird period shown in the app (card payments in Korea) is charged the early-bird price, and the same price applies to every renewal for as long as the subscription stays active without interruption.
• Student price. Verifying a school e-mail address (.ac.kr or .edu) with a one-time code lets you start the yearly plan at the student price. Verification is valid for one year, one school address can verify one account at a time, and a subscription started at the student price renews at that price while it stays active. Providing false information may lead to the regular price being charged from the next renewal.
• Lifetime pass. A one-time payment, offered for a limited period, that gives the account the Pladay Pro plan for as long as Pladay operates, with no subscription. AI features are subject to a fair-use daily limit (currently 100 AI requests per day) that we may adjust to keep the service sustainable. The pass belongs to that account, cannot be transferred, and ends if the account is deleted or suspended for abuse. Withdrawal and refunds follow section 9.
• Offers are sold on the web only and are not available inside the Google Play app.

11. Deleting your account and suspension

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account, or by e-mailing projectteamforyou@gmail.com. Deletion is immediate and permanent (see the Privacy Policy for what backups keep). We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms; where possible we warn you first and let you export your data.

12. Changes to the service and discontinuation

We keep improving Pladay and may change or remove features. If we discontinue Pladay we will announce it at least 30 days in advance, let you export your data, and refund the unused part of prepaid subscriptions.

13. Disclaimers and liability

Pladay is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation; keep exports of important data. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Please contact us first — most problems are solved quickly. Disputes go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act; consumers may also use the courts and dispute-resolution bodies of their country of residence where the law allows.

15. Changes to these terms

We announce changes in the app at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that affect you negatively). If you do not agree, you can stop using Pladay and delete your account before the change takes effect.
