Delete your Pladay account

You can delete your Pladay account and all its data at any time. This page explains how (for the app from Google Play too).

Delete in the app or on the web

1. Open Pladay (Android app, Windows app, or pladay.com/app in any browser) and sign in.
2. Go to Settings (⚙️) → Account.
3. Optional: Data → Export to keep a copy.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Web (PortOne, PayPal) and Google Play subscriptions stop renewing automatically.

Ask by e-mail

Can’t sign in any more? E-mail projectteamforyou@gmail.com from the address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm it’s you and delete the account within 10 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted immediately: your account, profile, synced tasks, notes and module records, photos, voice memos and videos, connected apps, share links and push subscriptions, and your feedback.
• Kept for a limited time: encrypted database backups (up to 12 months, used only for disaster recovery), payment records required by law (5 years), and a security log entry with a one-way hash of the user ID (1 year).
• On your devices: data stored locally stays until you delete the app or clear its data.
