Turn on Auto capture in three steps
- Open Pladay in your browser or the app — no sign-up needed.
- Go to Modules (top of the sidebar) and search for Auto capture.
- Switch Auto capture on and make your first entry with one tap.

Yes. Auto capture is free to turn on and use, and you can export everything you record. Pladay Pro only adds a bigger AI quota, cloud backup and more custom trackers.
