Habit tracker with streaks
Last updated:
A habit is a task that is never finished. Pladay keeps habits next to your to-dos so you see both in one place, counts your streak, and makes missing a day less of a disaster.

How it works
Create a habit with a name and an icon, choose the days it applies to (every day, or only weekdays, or Monday–Wednesday–Friday), and tick it off when you do it. The streak counts consecutive scheduled days, so a habit you only do on weekdays does not break at the weekend.
The stats view shows completed tasks, your day streak, focus minutes and a 12-week activity heatmap, so a habit's effect on your week is visible.
Streak freezes for real life
Illness and travel happen. With Pladay Pro, each habit gets two streak freezes a month: a missed scheduled day is covered automatically and the streak continues. On the free plan, Pladay tells you once when a freeze would have saved a streak, and the rule “never miss twice” works just as well.
Start smaller than you think
The best first habit is one you could do on your worst day: one glass of water, one page, two minutes of stretching. Attach it to something you already do and let the streak grow before adding the next. Our habit streaks guide covers the psychology in more depth.
Templates that build habits
Some templates are habits in disguise: the morning routine repeats six small steps every day, the 30-day reading plan repeats a reading task and a note, and the 4-week healthy-eating plan repeats three daily actions. Starting from a template means the schedule is already set.
Track more than yes or no
For habits with numbers, life modules record the detail: water glasses, sleep, weight trend, reading sessions, workouts, meditation. Turn on only the modules you will use; everything else stays out of the way.

FAQ
Can a habit have a reminder?
Yes. Turn on push notifications to get reminders, including morning and evening routine reminders, with Done and 10-minutes-later buttons.
Do habits count as tasks?
Habits are tracked separately from tasks, so your task list stays clean while the habit keeps its own streak.
